What kind of party are you about to host? This is an important factor to consider when hosting a party where food is going to be offered to your guests. Is it going to be a huge party or is it just a select few friends you are going to be entertaining. Whatever the occasion is, whether it is day or night large or small, there will be some ideas here for you to choose so you can begin planning your party with a great deal confidence and less stress. The "staples" for my friends and family are the Enchiladas in either Cheese, Beef or Chicken. My husband and some of my friends prefer the mexican chicken tacos. I personally have been on a Bean and Cheese Tostada kick the last few times I went. When you order Tacos, Enchiladas, Burritos, or Tostadas, or anything else that is similar, you can order 2 or 3 of each and get rice on the side or rice and beans. I love pouring my salsa on the rice AND on my cheese enchiladas AND basically anything I order! No. 5: Idea for cooking with Amy's Kitchen Vegetarian Refried Beans: Chicken and Bean Chimichanga. Cook chicken in taco seasoning and water. Set aside. Fill a soft tortilla with the refried beans, taco chicken meat and cheese. Fold and then semi-deep fry until crispy. Top with additional cheese and serve with guacamole, lettuce, tomato, green peppers and other favorite toppings. The bulk of the recipes I planned to use were ones that would incorporate the use of my slow cooker chicken taco, used natural ingredients, and where the initial recipe would make one meal today and morph into an entirely different recipe tomorrow. I planned a month's worth of meals and then shopped for a week's worth of ingredients at a time. The meals were made up of vegetables, meats, poultry, and common pantry items. C. Rachel Ray has a page on her web site called "family matters" with great recipes for the whole family to make and enjoy together. From peanut butter poodle pancakes to pretzel crusted chicken fingers and chicken taco bowl recipe nachos, they all look and sound yummy!
