Whether or not you have been faced with a drastic financial crisis (e.g., job loss, foreclosure), we are all realizing the need to make adjustments in our budgets. While some areas of our budgets are static (e.g., mortgage/rent, car loans, tuition), others are fluid (e.g., entertainment, grocery), meaning we can control monthly spending. This series will focus on trimming your monthly food budget.
I prefer grilled chicken over barbecue chicken because, I think, I have found a really great spice rub that I use on the chicken, grill it to perfection, and eat it un-sauced. I like to use a spice mixture called "Ozark spice" that I purchase from a company called Penzey's. It is mostly a salt and pepper based blend with some other spices involved. This of course, is just my personal preference. I do however, also enjoy good barbecue chicken, and wouldn't turn it down. Drink plenty of water. Water helps your body to burn calories and may even suppress the appetite to a certain degree. It helps to rid the body of sodium and can decrease bloating or fluid retention. Water also helps to eliminate toxins from the body and regulate your colon to prevent constipation. The use of a probiotics and digestive enzymes will also aid this process of cleansing and regulation. If you love golf, BBQ and live music, this is the place for you! The format is 2-man better ball.
